Important Terms for Cake Orders and Deliveries
Custom Cake Orders

Design Variations: While we strive to create cakes that match your vision as closely as possible, slight variations in design and decoration may occur due to the nature of custom work. The final product may differ slightly from the design mockup or photos provided.

Allergen Disclaimer: Please inform us of any food allergies or sensitivities when placing an order. We take every precaution to avoid cross-contamination, but cannot guarantee that our cakes are completely free of allergens.

Deposit Requirement: For custom orders, a deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm your order. The deposit is non-refundable if the order is canceled within 30 of days of the event.

Order Confirmation: All custom orders are subject to confirmation by our team. We may contact you for clarification or to finalize details before proceeding with the order.
Delivery

Delivery Fees: Delivery charges are based on the distance from our bakery and the size of the cake. Delivery fees will be quoted at the time of booking.

Delivery Timing: We will make every effort to deliver your cake on time. However, due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., traffic, weather), we cannot guarantee exact delivery times. Please allow for a window of 30 minutes for delivery.

Incorrect Address: Please ensure that the delivery address is accurate when placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

Delivery Acceptance: Someone must be available to accept the delivery at the scheduled time. If the recipient is unavailable, additional delivery fees may apply for re-scheduling.

Damage During Delivery: While we take great care in packaging and delivering our cakes, we are not responsible for any damage to the cake once it has been delivered. We recommend inspecting your cake immediately upon delivery and contacting us with any concerns.
Payment Terms

Full Payment: Full payment is required for all orders unless otherwise stated. For custom orders, a deposit may be required to secure the booking, with the balance due before or upon delivery.

Payment Methods: We accept payments via cash or Venmo.. All payments must be processed before cakes are made or delivered.
Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation Policy: Orders can be canceled up to 30 days before the delivery date for a full refund, minus the deposit. Cancellations within 30+ days of the event may result in partial or no refund, depending on the circumstances.

Refunds: We take great pride in our products and want you to be satisfied. If you are unhappy with your cake, please notify us immediately, and we will work with you to resolve the issue. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis, and we reserve the right to deny refunds for dissatisfaction with design or minor defects that do not affect the quality of the product.
Product Quality

Ingredient Sourcing: We use high-quality ingredients in every cake we make. However, due to seasonal variations, ingredient availability, or changes in suppliers, some ingredients may be substituted with equivalent alternatives without notice

Storage and Handling: Cakes are best enjoyed within a specified time frame after delivery. Please follow storage instructions provided to ensure the best quality. We are not responsible for cakes that are improperly stored or handled after delivery.
Event or Occasion Specific Orders

Seasonal or Themed Orders: For cakes ordered for special events (e.g., weddings, birthdays, holidays), we may recommend certain designs or ingredients based on the theme or season. However, due to availability, specific ingredients or designs may not be guaranteed.

Force Majeure: We are not liable for any delays or inability to fulfill orders due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, labor strikes, or health pandemics.
Use of Customer Photos

Marketing: By ordering from us, you agree that we may use photos of your custom cakes on our website, social media, and other marketing materials. If you prefer not to have your cake featured, please let us know when placing your order.
Liability

Limitation of Liability: We take great care in preparing and delivering our cakes. However, in the unlikely event of damage or dissatisfaction, our liability is limited to the cost of the product or a replacement, at our discretion. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
